Aries the pioneering astronaut with tons of great ideas would just love the thought of travelling through the universe in a space craft and experience the feeling of being out in space and discovering new places.

Flying around the different planets and star patterns exploring what is out there would be a fantastic adventure for a person born under the Aries star sign. Let us take a closer look at our solar system and the different planet surrounding the Sun and the planets.

The Sun is the largest planet in our solar system and no one on earth could exits without it. It keeps our earth warm so we can grow plants and vegetable. Earth is the only liveable planet in our solar system where people can live as far as we know.

Earth is the third planet from the Sun the closest planet is Mercury and then second comes Venus. In astrology Mercury rules Gemini and Virgo and Venus rules Taurus and Libra.

The legends has it that Mercury which is the fastest moving planet is the messenger of God and people with Mercury in a strong position in their horoscope are often good at writing and telling the news through the media and other ways of reach the public. It is the eight largest planet.

Venus which is the brightest planet in the sky and is known as the goddess of love and beauty and we relate it to the femineity of a woman. It is not as big as Earth and it is still to hot for any living thing as we know it to live there.

Then next in the row of the planets comes the fertile and productive planet Earth as we know it. Then next we have Mars which we often identify as the red planet and it is counted as the sevenths biggest planet in the Solar system. Mars rules Aries and has the reputation of being the warrior god. A few spacecraft has visited this planet during the 20th century.

Jupiter which is considered the lucky planet for people who has this planet in a fortunate place in their horoscope is next in line. It is the ruling planet of Sagittarius. It is the largest of all the planets in our solar system and it is the fifth planet from the Sun. In mythology Jupiter was the superior god of the heavens and was the symbol of wisdom, faith and honour.

Saturn is the god of farming and cultivation and according to Roman myth it is named after the titan god who was also the father of Jupiter. In astrology Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn and it represents responsibility, discipline and hard work. When you are under the influence of Saturn it has a maturing affect on you and it is almost as if you are forced to finish the project you are working on.

Uranus is the seventh planet from the Sun and the third largest. The Mythology legends tell us that Uranus was the very first Roman god of the sky and ruler of the universe. In astrology Uranus is the planet of change such as sudden unexpected events and it has an original streak to it. Your independence will be important to you if Uranus is placed in one of the power points in your horoscope as well as being resourceful.

In Roman Mythology Neptune was god of the sea the ruler of the ocean, and rivers. Neptune has a sense of mystery to it and in astrology it represents idealism, spirituality, intuition, clairvoyance and your dream life. This planet has the power of imagination and the ability to bring you in touch with a higher level of consciousness.

Pluto is the smallest of the planets and in Roman Mythology it is the god of the underworld and in astrology Pluto symbolize death and rebirth. The power of this planet can be awesome. If you have ever experienced an area of your life completely changed even though you have been living a secure life style but you start to see it in a different light and your life undergoes a complete transformation that is the influence of Pluto.
