Capricorn having a special mission in your life is nothing new to you because it is so much part of your nature to be ambitious and set yourself a goal. You would almost certainly feel motivated in you quest for progressing and climbing the ladder towards success.
You would find writing your own mission statement easy because you already know that you want to accomplish what you set out to do and you would want to become financial well off through your effort and hard work. Having all the good things you want in life and being able to cater for your own needs through being financial independent or close to it is a worth while goal.
However in your pursuit to reach that goal you need to become aware of your spiritual side of life or you may end up with your goal but no one to love around you because you were so focussed on reaching your goal that you forgot others. 
When you design your destiny and write your mission statement it should include helping others. Do not be selfish about your goal setting but make sure that it is going to be something that will also benefit everyone else and if it doesn’t then you should be willing to let it go. Many Capricorns have manage to become wealthy and lived materialised lives but it has been lacking in spiritual warmth and love because they have devoted their whole lives to their career and forgot to share it with anyone.
Try not to live your life like that but be willing to share your wisdom. So when you reach the top of the ladder be willing to go back down to the bottom of the ladder and pick up the ones behind you so you can advice them and give them insights to how it is done. That should be your special mission helping other and show them the way so they too can become a success.
In the past many Capricorns have been involved in missions for the benefit of the world rather than for themselves and have become much loved and admired for their work and contribution to mankind. Albert Schweitzer was helping people in distance places who were unable to help themselves.
A famous Capricorn was Joan of Arc born in 1412 and began hearing voices of some saints who had already past away long before. She guided the French army against England in a war.
The famous actor Jim Carrey who have played in many films and made us all laugh of his funny characters is a successful Capricorn. They all lived up to a mission statement higher than themselves.
